CAJMLS welcomes original research articles, review articles, case studies, and short communications in all areas of medicine and life sciences. All submissions undergo rigorous peer review to ensure the highest quality standards.
Manuscript Types
- Research Articles: Full-length original research (up to 6,000 words)
- Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of current topics (up to 8,000 words)
- Case Studies: Clinical case reports with analysis (up to 3,000 words)
- Short Communications: Brief reports of significant findings (up to 2,000 words)
- Clinical Trial Reports: Results from clinical trials (up to 6,000 words)
Manuscript Preparation
Structure
- Title: Concise and informative (maximum 200 characters)
- Authors: Full names, affiliations, ORCID iDs (recommended)
- Abstract: 250-300 words, structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions)
- Keywords: 3-6 keywords for indexing
- Introduction: Background and objectives
- Methods: Detailed methodology
- Results: Findings with tables and figures
- Discussion: Interpretation and implications
- Conclusions: Main findings and future directions
- References: Vancouver style (numbered)
Formatting
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX
- Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
- Line spacing: Double
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
- Page numbers: Bottom center
Figures and Tables
- High resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
- Formats: JPEG, PNG, TIFF for images; Excel or CSV for tables
- Clear captions and legends
- Referenced in text
- Maximum 6 figures/tables per manuscript
References
- Vancouver style (numbered in order of appearance)
- Minimum 20 references for research articles
- Include DOI when available
- Verify all citations
